Payments, shipping and Returns.

At ALV we work only made to order or with very limited stock. This feels the most sustainable way of creating goods in the world we live in.

At the moment you can only pay with credit card. We will add more possibilities in the future. Write to atelier@liesbethverhelst.be if you’d like to pay by Payconiq/bank transfer.

Repairs take time. Take 1 month into account when requesting a quote.
ALV leather items and care products take less/no time (because stock!) to produce and are typically shipped within one week. The return period is 14 days after you receive your order.

For workshops we ask you to cancel at latest 14 days before the workshop takes place. You will receive an ALV voucher of the amount spent. Last call cancellation? Unfortunatly we cannot do a refund anymore, but we’d be happy to return your money in form of a voucher when you find someone to replace yourself.
